As Christians, we were never meant to be alone in our walk. God is always with us in His love and guidance, but so are our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Fellowship is not only important during weekly church services and worship, but also as a part of our daily lives.
Why do Christians need one another?
- To strengthen our faith. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” –Proverbs 27:17.
- To be uplifting to each other as we all go through struggles at times. “May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.”—Romans 15:5
- It reminds us we are not alone and that we are all adopted children in God’s family.
Whether a church staff or ministry grouping, often its hard to see the forest for all the trees. In the guidance of the Spirit, we offer facilitation and planning expertise to align your group or congregation with God’s purpose.

Christian Unity/Team Building

Whatever group you are a part of, whether a leader or a participant, we all see things a little differently depending on our life circumstances. Even the disciples came from a variety of backgrounds and were often not aligned.
Jesus aligns us all under our common purpose for Him. We are all a family of misfits in a broken and dark world. Through the blood of Jesus, we have all been adopted into God’s family.
Our team building sessions are custom-designed with you to help your group/team see each others strengths/weaknesses, align always to a common purpose, and dares to dream, in fact believe, what God is capable of doing through the group/team together.

We offer certified Christian life coaching to come alongside you and help you find your purpose, identify barriers, and help you to align with a balanced purpose in the life designed by God for you.

The church grows where God’s heart is shared.
Sometimes, it’s hard to know where to begin.
Sometimes, Satan will whisper lies to allow you to create your own artificial barriers.

But our God moves mountains and can not be stopped.
Jesus is the vine, and we are His branches. We want to help your church grow for God’s glory.

Church Assessments

We offer week-long, or more if desired, church assessments as well as program assistance to help maximize God’s glory through your location.

We can also perform “under cover” assessments for feedback on the “heart” of your church body for you to use as opportunities for heart changes, encouragements, or reminders of who Jesus is and was.

Guest speaking arrangements can be made for groups or congregations on the topic of "Finding Your Purpose" or based upon any one of my book topics.
