The author was called away from thirty years in manufacturing leadership to ministry.  He does not claim to be a qualified writer, but God does not call the equipped; he equips the called.  Vince is a humble servant of the Lord who is active in his church and community, and he has led many discipleship groups as well.  Vince seeks to share the treasure of Christ as he follows the direction of the Holy Spirit.
